| What We Do |
| Hand2Hand Ministries is a resource for children facing hunger over the weekend by providing healthy food so they have a greater opportunity to succeed academically, emotionally and physically. This is done simply by providing a backpack with food on Fridays in the child’s locker for them to take home.
Hudsonville Congregational United Church of Christ has partnered with an area elementary school to provide for the students in need. |

| We rely on donations from individuals and businesses for funding. By making a contribution to our account at Feeding America West Michigan, you help us stretch our resources to serve as many children in need as possible.
All donations to this site will be deposited into the Hudsonville Congregational United Church of Christ Hand 2 Hand Ministry account at Feeding America/West Michigan. These funds are for the use of Hudsonville Congregational United Church of Christ Hand2Hand Ministry only and benefit the children that we service through our Hand 2 Hand Ministry.
