Much of our region’s hunger problem could be wiped away if we ended food waste. A 2012 study concluded that 40% of the food produced in the United States goes to waste. By giving that food to Feeding America West Michigan instead of throwing it away, you can reduce waste, benefit those in need, and derive financial benefits for your company.

Feeding America West Michigan relies on donated surplus food. That’s how we’re able to provide food to thousands of local anti-hunger agencies at a fraction of its retail price, getting food to 300,000 people in need every year.
